Ghana/Uruguay

Great World Cup so far and the finish of the Ghana/Uruguay game today has got to be one of the craziest ever.  Exciting!  Poor Ghana and Gyan.

Fun waves

Waves were fun at the park today, little bigger and more consistent than yesterday.  Still hanging out with Mia most nights for dinner.  Pretty fun skypeing with Bubba the other night, he dug it.

Waterpark

Another busy weekend. Hiked part of Maunawili trail on Saturday until it started raining, then found some baby coconut trees for Saiko. Took Mia to the waterpark on Sunday, perfect place to go on such a hot muggy day.

Good waves

Good fun waves on Saturday, little bigger than Friday.  Definitely the best day in awhile.  Beautiful moon Saturday morning, took a pic but it came out blurry.

Tokoro X1

Picked up my new X1 yesterday afternoon.  Wade showed me his new shaping machine in action with Bert operating it.  Said he hasn't let Barney try yet, haha.  Can't wait to try the new board.  Thanks Wade!

Mia

Whirlwind weekend and week, pretty hectic with a new south swell, busy at work and Malia visiting for a couple weeks.  Pretty good waves for the last day of the contest at Bowls yesterday, awesome coverage on internet and tv.
Fun having Malia around, been going over to Mom and Dad's for dinner and to hang out.
